We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:
The item is unused and unwashed
The item is in its original condition
All tags and packaging are intact
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Worn or washed garments
Items without original tags
Items damaged after delivery
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within the return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Process

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
