Yes — COD is available across Pakistan. Please note that if you choose COD, the courier may charge a small fee, and orders may take 1 extra business day to dispatch.
You may cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. After shipping, cancellation is not possible — you may instead use our Exchange Policy.
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy — shipping cost on us.
Yes, the packaging is subtle with neutral branding. The invoice inside shows basic description (“Women’s Apparel”) not the exact product name.
